Kettlebell training is back at TKO!

The TKO Medway Academy is pleased to announce that after a short break we are bringing back Kettlebell training and classes will be held every Monday at 7.30pm under one of Kent’s top fitness trainers Chris O’Grady at the TKO Medway Academy.

To launch the classes we are holding a FREE Kettlebell Class this coming Monday 5th March to start at 7.30pm. Please note that this class is open to EVERYONE and you do not have to be a member of TKO to take advantage of this. Just come along wearing something suitable for physical training.

Kettlebell fitness is a group fitness class for both men and women. Using a kettlebell you will burn fat, define and build lean muscle and get a great all over body workout. The super effective and fun exercises are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced.

Each class lasts an hour.

Kettlebell training burns double the calories than does running, biking,
swimming, and most other fitness methods. Because they are weights, they also increase strength and a great cardio work great for strength & conditioning, weight loss and toning. You work to your own ability and have fun while working out.

Perfect training for any athlete, Ring sports fighter or just anyone looking to get fit.
