KOMBAT ZONE -Relentless Saturday 23rd February – Tickets on sale now!

We are pleased to announce the first KOMBAT ZONE event of the year and that it will include a great TKO presence with a big TKO line up set to fight on what will be a great night.

Two TKO Champions will be making defences of their respective titles, two more will be going for a title of their own and the rest of the line up is packed full of TKO fighters. Plenty of reasons for TKO members to come along and cheer them on, although we should mention of course that there are also some of the best fighters around from other clubs taking part as always.

Kelly Copeland will be making the second defence of her IKF British Lightweight title against Nicole Commerford who at the last KOMBAT ZONE event beat Tina Harvey so this will be sure to be a tough challenge for Kelly. Kelly has since her last defence picked up the WKA Commonwealth title as well winning in Scotland in December and with big fights ahead this year will be training hard to make sure Nicole doesn’t spoil her plans.

Patric Halforty makes the first defence of his IKF British Cruiserweight title and it could not be a tougher challenge as Craig Black comes from Scotland to challenge him having a 100% win record which he’s won all by knockout!  Sure to be a great fight.

Harry Hennon gets another crack at the British junior title when he is rematched with Kieron Jones from Wales. They drew last November and so both will be looking to correct that this time. Since that fight Harry has scored a first round knockout win making clear his intention not to leave it to the judges next time.

Another British Junior title will be at stake when Jenson Rowley challenges Champion Jack Purdy. These two have met before with Jack taking a close win although since then Jenson has become the Ringmasters Champion and so will be looking to put that right this time round.

Other TKO Fighters set to appear include Tyler Oxford, Ross Terry (in a White Collar Boxing Bout), Rachel Goater, Kamil Mazur, Bradley Fothergill, Jack Poole and Chayden Carpenter. Whilst everyone will not want to miss the first title defence of European Champion James Gridley when he meets Sean O’Neil from Ireland. James trains with our good friends at Star Kickboxing and is not called ‘The Entertainer’ for nothing and will be sure to put on another great display with him being considered the best kicker in Full Contact Kickboxing.
