A great night for TKO Elite at KOMBAT ZONE – Fists of Fury

Well done to all our team at Sundays KOMBAT ZONE event. We had a team of 6 taking part and we came away with 3 wins, 1 draw, 1 loss and 1 in a non-scoring demo fight….a VERY good night at the office.

Cari-Anne Stuart got us off to the very best start, winning her fight in just 45 seconds! Great debut.

Liudas Prusinskis Jr had to make do with a draw in his International K1 fight with Dharour Chik from France. A very close fight. I did feel that Liudas did the cleaner work but no real arguments with the decision.

Clinton Igboma made his ring debut in a great demo fight with Craig Doughlin. Clinton is very young so hard to match so Craig stepped in to give him some ring time and he did brilliant and all the team are very proud of his performance.

Safeerullah Safie scored another stoppage victory in his 5th Boxing fight, stopping his opponent with a cracking body shot from which there was no recovery from for Shaun Pitchford.

John Evans had the whole place buzzing as he came out for his Boxing fight with Jordan Cornford, the atmosphere was amazing. At the end of a great super-heavyweight slugfest it was Jordan who took the decision but what a performance from John.

Chayden Carpenter took the IKF European K1 title at 64.5 kilos with a win over France’s Lounis Saing. It was hard fought fight but at the end the judges awarded the win to Chayden and with it the belt.

A massive well done to our team and of course a big thank you to all our members who came and watched the show and supported them so well.

See you all at the next event.
